Job Description

Responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning, performance development and supporting organization effectiveness programs and services. The Organizational Development Consultant fills a vital position as coach, mentor, and strategic business partner, working closely with senior leaders throughout the organization to help them achieve their strategic goals. Integrates analytics and impact metrics to guide and drive future organizational effectiveness and talent management strategies, capabilities, and initiatives. Ensures appropriate assessments/measurements are in place to manage impact and effectiveness of organizational effectiveness programs and update approaches as necessary. Utilizes employee engagement surveys with leaders to help them utilize the survey feedback to improve the department’s needs. Advises on change management strategies and plans to ensure the people side of change is addressed. Develops talent strategy and provide solutions to address talent needs and gaps. Designs and deliver strategic trainings in a wide variety of cutting edge formats, including new hire orientation. Supports the talent review process at the system level and creates enterprise profile of talent strengths and opportunities, succession bench strength, and retention strategies.

  • 5-7 years related and progressively responsible experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in I/O Psychology , Organization Development, Business or related discipline

  • Excellent Verbal and written skills with knowledge of presentation techniques for presenting programs and results to a diverse audience.

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships across a diverse and matrixed organization

  • Strong Program /project management skills and experiences.

  • Strong data analytic skills and experience designing and producing materials for use by senior leadership.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft office suite of products.
