What You'll Do

In this role you will work with Sales executives and Delivery team to lead and grow the services business in critical accounts. You will lead a team of project managers and engineers to deliver high quality solutions and outcomes to our customers in the Federal Civilian market. You are the single point of ownership and accountability for all Cisco service delivery related activities.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer level profitability - identify new revenue opportunities, drive revenue recognition, manage efficiencies, drive productivity, lead projects successfully while meeting revenue and cost budgets

  • Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction with key customer stakeholders by driving value in service delivery activities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer most senior leaders and decision makers Develop important Cisco relationship within the Advanced Services organization and with the Centers of Excellence, Service Sales, and Product Sales organizations

  • Build, develop, and lead direct and matrix teams for customer execution. Grow talent through internal development and hiring. Embrace Cisco's People Deal by creating opportunities and growth for your team.

  • Champion and lead high-value, high-visibility initiatives that include stakeholders from several teams across Cisco US Public Sector, Cisco Advanced Services, and extended members with key domain expertise.

This opportunity involves helping to craft the customer's vision and achieve outcomes leveraging best of breed technology in collaboration, networking, security, cloud, and IoT. Who You Are

You are not only someone who will make an impact and deliver outcomes, but you are also someone who can offer exceptional thinking and garner support through relationships you develop. You will possess:

  • Direct experience in the US Federal Government domain, especially leading teams that deliver complex business and technical capabilities

  • Prior experience engaging and leading in Government-Industry organizations (such as ACT-IAC, AFCEA, etc.)

  • Experience managing diverse teams from a variety of disciplines, such as engineering, project management, requirements development, technical writing, and communications

Our minimum requirements are the following:

  • Masters Degree and / or certifications (CCIE, CISSP, PMP) in technical and / or business disciplines

  • Experience working directly in a Federal Civilian Government agency

  • Financial and Business Insight - knowledge, skills and understanding, of business process, tools and concepts required to make sound decisions. (e.g. investment return on investment)

  • 10+ years relevant industry related experience

  • 5+ years-prior management experience.

  • IT Consulting experience
